School Re-Opening

News

30th May 2020

This is just a reminder that school will re-open on Monday 1st June for children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 6. We are also open for children in other year groups whose parents are key workers (as we have been for the past few months). Key worker spaces are ONLY available to those who have filled in the online booking form on the school website or have spoken to the school directly.

Mr Heathcote, Mrs Pask and Mrs Beeby will be out on the school playground to assist you during the morning of 1st June. Please can you ensure that you have read the school re-opening letter on our school website before then, so that you know the correct procedures, arrival and pick up times, classroom and teacher for your child: https://isaacnewton.eschools.co.uk/…/school_re-openi…/483774

If your child is in 4HA (Miss Haddock) then rather than using the external classroom door, you now need to use the silver fire door between classes 7 and 8. Class teachers will be clearly visible at each door to help you find the correct entry point.

Please can I remind parents/carers that they are NOT to enter the school building under ANY circumstances (even with their child). This would be a serious breach of our health and safety protocol and could result in you not being allowed back onto the school site. Please support us in keeping everyone safe. Should you need to see a member of staff then please book an appointment via the school office either by phone or email.

We would also kindly ask that only 1 parent/ carer accompanies children to school to reduce the number of people on the school site at any one time.

I look forward to seeing many of you back at school on Monday 1st June.
