On the 21st May 2023, we took a team of Years 3, 4, 5, & 6 pupils to the Meres Stadium to compete in the annual Town Sports Athletics Event.
There were numerous events including sprint, throwing, jumping and relay events. Isaac pupils have been working hard after school to perfect their talents and we are hugely proud to announce that the children won the event overall!! This is actually the second year in a row for Isaac Newton Primary School to win the event!
Each child competed with determination and whether they were placed in an event or not, it was evident to see the team spirit amongst them all. All of them cheering and supporting each other throughout the afternoon.
The entire school (especially the PE Team) are so incredibly proud of each and every one of the pupils, an amazing team effort!!
